The convoy headed north to Charlotte to visit a few race shops.....
Starting with Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates home of Juan Pablo Montoya.
Tom was able to personally thank Juan for making available for purchase, the fine seats we had at Bristol Motor Speedway.
HFJ* is the new organization Tom started after seeing his treatment by the fans at Bristol.
He's really short and flat in person

Here is Emily the queen of the shop, she is a feet up kind of worker.
Good thing Tom cleaned the garage before leaving as he shows off his new purchase.
This trunklid, signed by Kevin Hamlin, was decaled, her first ever, by our buddy Emily.

This was sign in and reception day, but since Blaine couldn't keep his battery charged,
the convoy is down to just Tom's camera, which doesn't seem to get much use....
So you will just have to picture in your mind this part of the trip...

The ole SCSP had the revenue stations going on I 85 between the hotels and BMW plant......
Radar unit parked above on the overpass with chase vehicles just waiting for the go git em signal.....
Visited the vendors in the afternoon... Jon Maddux told me I had bought all he could offer me... and sadly he was right.
But he has a bunch of new products for the Z4 so if you're a Z4head or just haven't done enuff for your Z3 check em out at...
Later that very same day it was off to BMW's Friday night dinner
and
dance party with Too Much Sylvia who were very entertaining to say the least.
Some people just can't handle a little bud.
