Route 66 Conoco gas station in Shamrock Texas.

They even wash the windshield for you.

A gourmet repast at Mike and Di Johnson's was waiting for us.

Watch out for Di (Ma Barker) Johnson if you don't clean your plate.

A few cleanup chores in Bricktown after the 12 inches of rain that fell in OKC.

I think he liked this better'n buttermilk pie!

Stopped by to see Toby Keith, but he had already left the site.

Don't know why but there was nary a texan to be found...

BD ordered the piece-de-resistance at lunch...........

Actually the buttermilk pie was delicious contary to Tahoe's expression.

A stop at the local butcher shop to pick up dinner fiixins.

John took good care of us.  He has been with Alex Rogers for 38 years

Time to grab a fast buffalo and head out early in the morning for Tennessee!
